She has published a series of three books about Aaron Gilbert Fowler, beginning when he is eleven, thirteen, and nineteen-years-old–Molasses Making Time, Great Grandpa’s Hidden Treasure, and A Call for Courage. There is a fourth book in the series that has been completed and is being critiqued by my groups. It’s title is A Second Chance.

Last week, she won five awards at the Southeasstern Writers Conference–a first place for a novel, a second place for an inspirational novel, a third place for a holiday short storie, and two honorable mentions.
