Hi, my name is Grace W. Looper. I write all types of fiction–novels, short stories, children’s stories, and an occasional non-fiction piece.
I have had three books published in the Aaron Fowler series–Molasses Making Time, Great Grandpa’s Hidden Treasure, and Call for Courage. The fourth and last in the series, A Second Chance, has been written and is being critiqued.
I have had several short stories published and have won 34 awards for my writing. I recently won 5 awards–a first place, second planc, a third place and 2 honorable mentions– at the Southeaster Writers Conference held on St. Simons Island at Epworth-by-the Sea. This is my favorite conference and the setting is gorgeous with ages old trees draped with Spanish moss. It is very conducive to writing.
